Who We Help

Who We Support

Patients who need safe non-emergency transport to care — and, where needed, families seeking therapeutic support alongside those journeys.

Patient Transport

Who We Transport

Most of the people we support are travelling to or from healthcare. Typical journeys include:

  • Outpatient clinics, diagnostics and follow-up appointments
  • Hospital admissions, discharges and ward transfers
  • Dialysis, chemotherapy and other regular treatment cycles
  • Wheelchair and stretcher transfers with assisted boarding
  • Mental health transfers with trauma-informed clinical oversight
  • Patients who cannot use public transport or drive themselves safely

Therapy & Family Audiences

A smaller part of our work supports people through creative therapy, including children and young people with emotional or behavioural needs, adults facing stress or trauma, neurodivergent people seeking a supportive outlet, and families wanting guidance around a loved one’s care.
