Most of our recruitment is for people who deliver non-emergency patient transport and specialist mental health transfers across England

Drivers, ambulance care assistants and MH transport colleagues work with clear protocols, clinical oversight where needed, and a trauma-informed approach on every journey. Supervision and safeguarding sit at the heart of how we work on the road.

We also welcome applications for therapy, outreach and operations roles — a smaller part of the team alongside our fleet.

Qualifications and experience matter, and so does how you show up with the people we support. We look for colleagues who can:

  • Treat every person with dignity, patience and professional curiosity
  • Work within safeguarding, confidentiality and HCPC or relevant codes of practice
  • Communicate clearly with families, referrers and the wider team
  • Stay steady in emotionally demanding situations
  • Reflect on their practice and welcome supervision and feedback
  • Travel across England when the role requires it
