Therapeutic

Art and Music Therapy

HCPC-registered therapists offer personalised one-to-one and group sessions for emotional processing, trauma recovery and creative exploration.

Our Art and Music Therapy sessions provide a safe, confidential space where individuals can express feelings that are difficult to put into words. Using drawing, painting, sculpture, sound, rhythm and song, our therapists help clients explore their inner world at their own pace.

Sessions are tailored to each individual's needs and goals — whether that's managing anxiety, processing grief, building confidence or working through trauma. Our therapists are HCPC-registered and bring extensive clinical experience in working with children, young people and adults.

Our Approach

Therapeutic Approach / Methodology

Each participant will undergo an initial assessment with a qualified therapist to identify their individual needs and therapeutic goals. Progress is reviewed regularly throughout the 12 weeks. If necessary, and based on the therapist's professional judgement, the programme can be extended to provide continued support.

Our methodology is trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and strengths-based. Flexibility is a core principle: participants are supported at their own pace and with sensitivity to their readiness.
